Inspired by her unique journey of self-discovery, Hazel has always felt a deep connection to a higher power and spiritual ancestry. This connection infuses her work with authenticity and depth, making her writing a beacon for those on similar paths.

With over 35 years of experience as a remedial massage therapist and over 20 years as a yoga teacher, Hazel is deeply immersed in the world of holistic healing. Most recently, she completed a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Psychotherapy and has embarked on a new chapter as an art therapist, working with various groups, including NDIS clients, children and young people in care, families, and the elderly.

Alongside her therapeutic work, Hazel, and her husband have established the Foggy Lookout Wellness Eco Retreat (FLWER), offering camping experiences that deepen guests' connection with nature alongside yoga, art therapy, and holistic healing practices.
